Building end customer marketplace to better the retailer end user bond by building community linked features and e-commerce and banking integrations for growth of both retailers and end users

Optimize app is a digital marketing platform allowing small to medium business to manage digital ad spends on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Google in one single platform.

 

I designed and implemented agile way of working for dev team of 10 and was responsible to set up analytics for the app and website using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adjust and Segment.

Led the dev team to implement custom events and pixels to track product activity and conversion metrics. Integrated the analytics to marketing automation using automated emails, push notifications and SMS to increase customer engagement post registration. 

Toptal is a freelance platform that accepts candidates after rigorous vetting and interview process. Currently only top 3% of the candidates applied have managed to clear the process and are part of the platform.

I have successfully cleared the same at Toptal and am part of the Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager and Technical Project Manager verticals at Toptal. Mind you, you have to clear the interview process every time for being part of of a new or additional vertical.

Built and hosted Klarity.in website on AWS using Wordpress. Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the website. Integrated multiple modules like live online e-learning and e-commerce module for paid lessons.

Acted as student mentor for Engineering students in guiding them on future educational and job opportunities. Took mock interview of more than 100+ students over this time. Held workshops helping students identifying career paths specifically for non development roles for engineers.

Apertum Online is a technology provider for Sportybet.com, a real money betting website/app based out of Africa. I managed a tech team of 10 based out of Mumbai where we build Customer service products, Fantasy sports games and real money arcade games.

Created a roadmap to improve efficiency & efficacy of customer service tickets via all channels. Designed and implemented a help desk solution with Chatbot, Zendesk KB, and chat integration to reduce missed customer service requests from 66% to 40% in four weeks.

JioPhone is India's first and most used smart feature phone with more than 100 million plus active users. I was the technology and platform owner for JioPhone which included managing and working with Os, App Store, Internal and External App teams to have a seamless experience for end users

During this time I also successfully led design and implementation of multiple programs for sale and distribution of JioPhone in verticals of Fintech, E-Commerce, Rural Development and Women empowerment

Set up the IT infrastructure from scratch, including hardware architecture, the software development process, and company IT policy. This included a custom built CRM which included ordering, fulfilment, delivery and feedback & customer service module

Managed digital marketing for tryy.in on Google and Facebook leading to 50 orders a day from scratch on tryy.in

Product owner for Essel broadband app, device offering and creating a Digital Services Ecosystem. This includes Android app, Android TV app, iOS app, with integrations across various categories like Unified calling (app to app calling, video/ voice, messaging), movies, music, games, live TV, Flight booking, Hotel booking, Taxi Services, Healthcare, Recharge / payments, news, education, dating, shopping and IoT.

Worked with 24+ alliance partners to be integrated with the app. The list of alliances include Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopclues, Bank Bazaar, PayU, Mobikwik, Oxigen, Hungama media, Ditto TV, PayTM, Pine Labs, 1mg, Thyrocare, MeraDoctor, Merit Nation, Mahesh Tutorial, BookMyShow, Via.com, Uber, Ola to name a few.

Lead the revamp of CouponDunia website and app for introduction of Retail vertical with a big launch in June 15 with on time delivery. Redesigned complete workflow for Offline vertical and introduced features like Geo-fencing and MCoupon for CouponDunia with increase results in redemption.

 

Duties include design and write functional specifications of CouponDunia app for both Android and iOS. Introducing features which work to increase app engagement and increase user retention.

Redesigned complete support infrastructure for myAirWatch (integration with Zendesk). Scrum master for the team, tasks include improving resource utilization, reduce product backlog and help team meet product release deadlines
